Simple pleasures can derive from disparate sources; whether it be the joyful expressions of a child or the creation of music. On A Child's Smile, Argentine pianist/composer Adrian Iaies takes inspiration from the former and channels it through an expressive program of music. The three time Latin Grammy nominee leads his trio, featuring bassist Ezequiel Dutil and drummer Pepi Taveira, through some wonderful jazz compositions that hint at a tango flavor.
